This is the fourth scheduled service between Ethiopia and India.
Ethiopian Airlines announced a few days ago the launch of a new service between Addis Ababa and Hyderabad in India. The flights will operate from June 16 this year, with three weekly flights (served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) using the Boeing 737 MAX-8 that has a capacity of 160 passengers in two cabins.
The flights to Hyderabad are in addition to the already existing flights to three Indian destinations namely: Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.
Ethiopian Airlines continues its global expansion by strategically expanding its Addis Ababa hub. The new flights will provide convenient access for travelers from the East African country to Hyderabad and beyond. They will be in addition to the existing flights to Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi.
The inauguration of direct flights to Hyderabad is also excellent news for business travellers as well as for the economic and tourism development of both countries.
