There is now a new way to fly to Sharjah. Ethiopian Airlines has announced the launch of a new service between Addis Ababa and the United Arab Emirates city.
The new service, which will begin on June 1st, will operate four times a week.
This is the latest new service between Ethiopia and the Arabian Peninsula country, following the recent launch of a direct flight to Abu Dhabi.
This new route to Sharjah (SHJ) demonstrates Addis Ababa’s continued leadership among African air hubs.
Sharjah will be the 11th destination served by the Ethiopian national carrier in the Asian country and will allow passengers to easily connect to several international destinations across the Middle East, namely: Amman (Jordan), Manama (Bahrain), Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Dubai (UAE), and Muscat (Oman).
